Kuang Ying Connector Design Concepts
Established in 2012, Kuang Ying's Connector Department was an effort aiming to solve the problem of radio frequency interference, which impeded USB 3.0 to replace the older USB 2.0.
Kuang Ying's Connector Department rearranged the terminal of USB 3.0, improved its high-frequency circuit. Also, we redesigned an optimized circuit board, saving the time our client spending in PCB LAYOUT and solved the radio frequency interference at the same time.

Product Features of Our Connectors
1.Terminal Rearranged USB3.0
Our USB 3.0 connector's core design concept is to intersperse high-frequency and low-frequency terminals, as an improvement of existing products.
KuangYing Female Connector

To avoid signal interference between different pins, the high-frequency pins of our connectors are the same length and symmetry. They are separated and work independently. With this design, the noises are prevented, and further, the electron magnetic waves and radio frequency interference problems are also solved.

Other Competitors

1. Pins are taken up and down in two rows. D-is beneath RX+, with TX-beneath D+, which causes near-end crosstalk

2. Under the space between the RX+/RX and TX+/TX-, GND and VBUS are placed there. The common mode effect is larger so that the electromagnetic interference is large

3. RX+/RX- and TX+/TX- and separated too far. So the left and the right sides of the ground loop imbalance, the characteristic impedance is poor.

2. Closed Shielding Design
45 degree tilted cover design

3.Single Support SMT PIN Design
Kuang Ying's USB3.0 connectors are designed to be single-support, which enables its PCB LAYOUT circuit design a lot easier.
Testing the Improvement
We tested and compared two exactly same circuit boards, one is equipped with our connector, the other is equipped with the traditional connector.
